The Most Powerful Sense to Find Your Inspiration… Your Gut Intuition.

Intuition is defined as “a natural ability or power that makes it possible to know something without any proof or evidence: a feeling that guides a person to act a certain way without fully understanding why: something that is known or understood without proof or evidence.”

When it comes to our inspiration, this is what we need. There’s no instruction book for inspiration and creativity! Besides there couldn’t be just one book, every one of us would need a personally tailored instruction manual to steer us in the direction of our own personal inspiration. We must use our intuition to reveal our fabulous and unique inspiration.

Spiritual teachers can help us. Counselors can help us. Religious teachings can help us. Our dear friends and even enemies can help us. We can use these avenues to point us in directions that might lead us to our ingenuity. Ultimately though we must ascertain our own inspiration through our Beautiful Intuition. When we connect with our inner knowing, we have a chance for meaningful and lasting inspiration.

Ever just feel it in your gut? Gut instincts are remarkably powerful, especially when you’re able to translate them through your intuition.

Let’s do that, shall we? Sit and have paper and a pen handy. Follow along with the Beautiful Energy exercise on the video or in the written format below to reveal your inspiration and creativity.

Merge Gut and Intuition

~ Sit. Have paper and pen handy.

~Face your hands towards each other. Bring your attention to your hands and the space between them.

~ Feel your fingertips pulsate and feel the energy begin to build in the space between your fingertips of each hand.

~Move your hands slowly closer one inch and then back again. Continue playing with the energy till you feel it strongly.

~Place one hand over your forehead and one hand just above your belly button.

~Close your eyes and breathe deeply.

~Put your attention on your belly and the hand that covers it.

~Switch your attention to your forehead and the hand that covers it.

~ Relax and breathe deeply.

~ Allow any messages of inspiration to emerge. What do you see, sense, hear, or know?

~Open your eyes and free write any messages you received.

Congratulations. You now know how to harness your intuition to Reveal Your Inspiration and Creativity!

Much Love, Susan
