The Pink Healing Tree Pau d Arco
While doing research lately on various maladies ranging from dermatitis to T-cell production; I realized pau d arco was a main ingredient in many of the protocols I was reading about. I decided to look more closely at the uses for this ancient medicinal herb.
Its use dates back to the Incas. It is found in South America. Argentina grows the most and more potent medicinal form of this tree. The inner bark of the tree is used. This should be harvested and then aged. The inner bark is then simmered to release its active constituents.
Pau d arco is one of the best alternatives found in the plant kingdom. It is a blood purifier, lymphatic cleanser and immune enhancer. It also helps oxygenate our cells, thus giving us more energy. To date, there has been no contraindications of the use of pau d arco with allopathic pharmaceuticals.
It is used to control and eliminate pain associated with terminal cancer patients. It has been reported that within 30 days of treatment with the herb, most patients not only did not have pain, but many had found their tumors gone or greatly diminished.
Here is a list of ailments that pau d arco can be used for:
- Various Cancers
It is also noted for its use in immune-related disorders such as: asthma, eczema, psoriasis, shingles, yeast infections and chronic fatigue syndrome.
The idea is to add pau d arco to your daily herbal regimen because it would also act as a preventative to most of the aforementioned conditions. I will be ordering a pound myself. I make an herbal syrup for my husband that I have named Life Extension; pau d arco is the main ingredient.
That’s a wrap for this week. Any questions, I can be reached through firstname.lastname@example.org. Keep it simple and keep in mind an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
